The lantern shape of the wire rope indicates the plastic deformation of the wire rope. The stress on the wire rope is greater than the yield limit, the wire rope is stressed too much or the radius around the diverting pulley is too small, or the wire rope is out of groove during use, which will lead to the deformation and damage of the wire rope. Remember not to pull the wire rope horizontally or obliquely during use, as the service life of the wire rope will be drastically reduced, for reference only.
