Classification of jet mill

There are several types of jet mills used in China's industry: flat jet mill, fluidized bed jet mill, circulating tube jet mill, jet mill and target jet mill. Among these types of jet mills, flat jet mills, fluidized bed jet mills and circulating tube jet mills are widely used. Air flow pulverizer (fluidized bed air flow pulverizer) accelerates compressed air into supersonic air flow through Laval nozzle, and then injects it into the pulverizing area to fluidize the material (the air flow expands in fluidized bed suspension boiling and collides with each other), so the motion state of each particle is the same. In the crushing zone, the accelerated particles collide with each other at the intersection of nozzles. The crushed materials are transported to the classification area by the updraft, the fine powder meeting the granularity requirement is screened out by the horizontally arranged classification wheel, and the coarse powder not meeting the granularity requirement returns to the crushing area for further crushing. The qualified fine powder enters the high-efficiency cyclone separator with the airflow and is collected, and the dusty gas is filtered and purified by the dust collector and then discharged into the atmosphere.
