1. Purpose and performance

This product is an ideal working fluid specially designed for CNC wire cutting machine tools. It can also be used for general and precision machine tools. In addition to the four main functions of good cooling, lubrication, cleaning and rust prevention, this product also has other special properties: certain dielectric strength, removal of dissociation, arc extinguishing, prevention of wire breakage, long service life, safety and no Poison etc. Using this product can achieve ideal processing finish and processing efficiency, and can extend the service life of machine tools.

3. Usage

Usually used concentration is 1:10~12. When using, first pour the emulsified oil, then pour ordinary tap water (avoid using hard water such as well water) at one time, stir evenly and then use.

4. Notes

① Avoid adding water to the oil or diluting the emulsified oil with a small amount of water, otherwise you will get a water-in-oil emulsion. This type of emulsion has high viscosity and is not suitable for general cutting use.

② It must be in a dedicated bucket, stored airtight, and placed in a cool and dry place; during storage and use, it must not be mixed with other debris and waste liquid; the lid of the bucket should be tightly closed at all times to prevent volatilization and affect the quality.

③ This product has a shelf life of one year and is transported as non-dangerous goods. Packaging includes: 18L, 20L plastic drums and 170KG iron drums.

2. DX-2 type (low-foaming aromatic high-quality type) wire-cut emulsified oil

1. In addition to all the functions and properties of DX-1 type, DX-2 type wire cutting emulsifiable concentrate also has the characteristics of less foam, fragrant smell, stable processing, long service life, better washing performance, and stronger anti-rust performance.

2. The uses, performance, quality indicators, usage methods and precautions of DX-2 type wire cutting emulsified oil are the same as those of DX-1 type.

3. DX-3 type (special type for non-ferrous metals) wire cutting emulsified oil

1. DX-3 type wire cutting emulsified oil has all the functions and properties of DX-1 type and DX-2 type. It is based on DX-1 type and DX-2 type and is equipped with highly efficient aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous metal protective agents, which has a good anti-rust effect on non-ferrous metals.

2. The uses, performance, quality indicators, usage methods and precautions of DX-3 type wire cutting emulsified oil are the same as those of DX-1 type.

Special instructions:

1. DX-1 type, DX-2 type, DX-3 type, diluted with water at about 1:20, used for mechanical processing such as grinders, lathes, milling machines, high-speed turning machines, etc., with excellent cooling and lubrication effects.

DX-4 type wire cutting working fluid is a water-based working fluid. Its comprehensive performance indicators have reached the domestic advanced level, and there are no problems such as physiological toxicity and environmental pollution; it is An ideal environmentally friendly wire cutting metal processing working fluid.

This product has good cooling, lubrication, cleaning, rust prevention, penetration, arc extinguishing and other properties; it also has certain insulation, rapid ionization and deionization, excellent washability and safety wait. Using this product can fundamentally change the working environment, improve cutting speed and chip removal effect. After cutting, the surface is bright and clean, and there is no oil adhesion in the cutting seam, which can improve the overall processing efficiency by more than 40%.

3. How to use

4. Notes

Due to the high processing efficiency and large amount of chip removal, at the end of each shift, clean the guide wheel with kerosene and wipe the machine tool table with a rag.
