When a weight drop accident occurs, the weight directly impacts the flexible weight buffer device, and the impact energy is absorbed through the deformation of the rubber pad and spring to achieve the purpose of buffering. This device is composed of many buffer units with a complex structure and no substantial change in the functional process. The working mechanism is mainly that the swing arm pulls the double torsion spring to undergo torsional deformation, thereby absorbing energy and serving the purpose of buffering. The effective buffer stroke is insufficient. Through torsion bar spring buffering, even if pre-deformation is adopted, the stiffness is still changing, and the effective buffering stroke is insufficient. In terms of buffering effect, the spring inverter stiffness buffer device makes up for the shortcomings of the flexible weight buffer device.
