After the publication of an application for a patent for invention, it is necessary to request substantive examination and pay the actual examination fee (if the request for substantive examination has been submitted and the actual examination fee has been paid when applying for a patent, it is not necessary to apply again).

The time limit for requesting substantive examination and paying the actual examination fee is three years from the date of application (if there is priority, the priority date shall prevail). If the time limit is exceeded, the patent application shall be deemed to have been withdrawn.

At the same time of submitting the actual trial or within three months after receiving the notice of entering the actual trial, you can take the initiative to modify the application documents.

Then we'll wait for the real trial. In the actual trial stage, you may receive a notice of review opinions and need to reply.

Those who pass the actual examination will receive the Notice of Registration and the Notice of Authorization, and pay the registration fee, announcement printing fee, stamp duty and the annual fee for the year of authorization as required.
