Seeing that China is far ahead in the field of 5G, some countries have begun to hold back and want to catch up with China through 6G. But these countries seem to forget that China's scientific research is not limited to 5G technology. With the foundation of 5G technology, China still has certain advantages in the 6G field.
A few days ago, Japanese media reported that among the nine 6G projects they investigated, there were 20,000 patent applications, 40% of which came from China, followed by the United States and Japan ranked third. In general, the more patent applications, the more advanced technologies the country has in the field of 6G. Obviously, China is once again in the lead.
Huawei is one step ahead. These 20,000 patent applications cover a wide range of fields, including communication, electronic technology, base stations and so on. A large number of patent applications in China are related to mobile infrastructure, most of which originated from Huawei. It is reported that Huawei started the research of 6G several years ago and plans to go public around 2030. In addition to Huawei, State Grid and China Aerospace are also institutions that apply for more patents.
Ren once said that Huawei's research and development of 6G is to take precautions, occupy patent positions and avoid being restricted by other countries. The future technology market is huge. Whoever takes the lead first will have the initiative.
It is noteworthy that at present, China's science and technology enterprises pay special attention to domestic strength, especially after the chip sanctions, they have thoroughly recognized the face of the West and can no longer be held back by monopoly. At present, in addition to Huawei, ZTE and oppo are both laying out the 6G market. With the rise of domestic power, China will no longer be restricted by any country.
In the layout of the 6G market, the most positive performance is definitely the United States. The United States and Japan signed an agreement to invest nearly 29 billion yuan in the research and development of 6G communication technology. The United States is so anxious that it lags behind China in the field of 5G, which has always defined itself as a world leader. I definitely can't swallow this tone and hope to regain the dominance in the 6G field. At the same time, despite the rapid development of China's technology giant Huawei, the United States has repeatedly tried to balance Huawei.
Unfortunately, however, none of the American conspiracies succeeded, and Meng Wanzhou returned to the embrace of the motherland. As for the hidden danger that the US smears Huawei's 5G and threatens the national security of other countries, no partner has found this problem so far. On the contrary, the United States itself has been repeatedly complained about the ugly behavior of using network signals to eavesdrop on politicians in other countries.
In addition, according to the analysis of professionals in the industry, if the United States wants to directly develop 6G beyond 5G, the probability of success is very small, because 5G is the foundation of 6G development, and the development of the latter needs the former as the core technology support.
At the same time, South Korea and Japan are also eyeing the 6G market. Among them, South Korea officially announced the launch of the 6G plan in June, threatening to invest 654.38+0.2 billion yuan to develop 6G technology in the future. South Korea's Samsung is the country's technology giant and was once an outstanding brand in the international technology market. Unfortunately, it is hard to escape the negative impact of Huawei's rapid development. It is conceivable that once Samsung regains the 6G market, the country will regain the right to speak in the international technology market.
However, while other countries are developing investment, China is also making progress. Now China pays special attention to independent research and development and talent absorption. I believe that with the support of 5G technology, China will definitely win the advantage in the 6G field again. At the same time, China will not give up the research and development of chips, and strive to completely get rid of its dependence on European and American technologies.
