Application progress of MBR technology in large-scale sewage projects in China (from Asia Environmental Protection Network)

Since 2004, MBR technology has been widely used in sewage treatment industry in China. The total treatment capacity reaches 6.5438+million tons/day, the maximum scale of a single project is 600,000 tons/day, and there are more than 40 sewage treatment plants with 6.5438+million tons, which shows that MBR technology is mature and widely accepted. Today, with the increasingly strict discharge standards and the rapidly increasing demand for wastewater reuse, with the improvement of MBR performance and further reduction of cost, the prospect of MBR for urban sewage and industrial sewage in China is broader. Low cost, low energy consumption and long-term stable operation will become a sharp weapon for MBR membrane brand competition.
