When in use, the problems mainly focus on temperature control and rust:
At the beginning, the temperature control accuracy of domestic pots was ok, but after last year, the digital display temperature control was basically a decoration, and the uneven temperature control was very serious. Imported pots ... hey, I haven't seen anyone buy imported pots. It's too expensive to be practical.
So it is more practical to insert a thermometer into the bottle yourself.
As for rust, I can only say that my maintenance is more important than brand quality. Remember to rinse and dry after the experiment. There is always something in it, and even the best pot will rust quickly.
In addition, water bath and oil bath are completely different experimental conditions. Generally, you don't need an oil bath to do experiments in water bath, and vice versa. There is no distinction between good and bad.
