You are just an inventor, the patentee is a unit, and the unit has the right to use and benefit, but you don't have these rights.
When you make an invention, the unit should have given you a reward related to your invention and creation. Such as bonus, salary increase, free vacation and so on.
If you work in another company, if the company uses this patent, you and the company may be sued.
At the trial, if you can prove that the use of the patent has nothing to do with you, then you will not bear any responsibility.
The actual users will bear the tort liability and compensation liability.
