Theoretically, diffusion is the most important. Because the solar cell is essentially a PN junction, diffusion is what makes the PN junction. But basically it uses domestically produced equipment and is easy to operate.
Texturing before diffusion is to use acid or alkali to corrode the surface, mainly in the chemical industry. After diffusion, there is etching. The equipment is divided into wet and dry methods, and can be used for chemical, laser, and plasma etching. In some factories, in order to ensure quality, the texturing and etching processes use equipment from the same foreign factory, collectively referred to as cleaning. The system is humane and thoughtful, and of course the human-machine interface is in English.
After etching, there is PECVD and a layer of film is coated, which can be either tube or plate type.
Finally, there is silk screen printing, which is screen printing electrodes. The lines are very long, and they are usually foreign equipment. High automation and precise control.
The key is to look at personal professional interests, the size of the factory and the type of equipment selected.
An additional note: It depends on whether the equipment is inserted manually or automatically. This is a matter of labor intensity, haha!
Good luck!
