Under the background of explosive growth of titanium industry in China, as the largest enterprise in titanium industry in China, the company has made outstanding technological transformation and progress. In recent years, the company has established the only titanium alloy plate production line in China through the research on titanium alloy plate technology, and the products produced can reach the international aerospace standards. It is one of the few enterprises in the same industry in the world (the United States and China) who have mastered the industrialized production technology of TC4 plates for aviation. The "L" and "U" titanium alloy profiles were extruded for the first time, which filled the blank of titanium alloy profiles in China. Four low-cost titanium alloys with independent intellectual property rights, such as Bti3 1 and Bti45, have been successfully developed. Φ 2280/Φ 2100× 300mm medium-strength titanium alloy ring material has been successfully developed, which is the largest titanium alloy ring material in China. By developing large titanium alloy forgings, the use of titanium alloy materials by large aircraft in China can be met.
