There are many ways to prevent myopia. Any measures that are beneficial to reducing visual fatigue and relaxing eye adjustment can be tried, and of course other ways can be explored. But all should be scientific, reasonable, beneficial and harmless. 1. Prevent the occurrence of myopia. The occurrence of myopia has a certain regularity. You should pay attention to vision care during the predisposition period, which usually includes preschool, growth and development, pregnancy, perinatal period and when suffering from certain systemic diseases. Simple myopia has a clear external cause, namely long-term use of eyes at close range, so reducing visual load is the key to prevention. Through regular monitoring of vision changes and qualitative examination of vision, early detection and prevention targets can be identified. According to epidemiological surveys, the following subjects are more likely to develop myopia and can be used as key prevention targets: ① People with poor eye hygiene habits and those who work at excessive close distances. ②Parents are myopic. ③Those whose visual acuity is unstable and has dropped from 1.5 to 1.2 or 1.0 (actually they may have myopia). Preventive measures include not using your eyes at close range for too long continuously; actively participating in outdoor activities; and you can adopt distance viewing methods, or a variety of vision and adjustment-collection training methods in order to regularly increase the visual distance, broaden your horizons, and relax Adjust and maintain normal visual function. You must ensure adequate sleep, balance work and rest, have a balanced diet, and have reasonable nutrition. Live a regular life and maintain physical and mental health. Pay attention to preventing various abnormal stimuli and risk factors, such as chronic organophosphorus poisoning. Try to prevent objects from forming hazy shadows on the retina, such as early correction of corneal astigmatism. Do not read in jarring, shaking conditions or at dusk. The lighting requirements are sufficient and standard, and the light should not be too dark or too strong. The brightness and color tone of the TV screen should be moderate and normal. When the image is unclear, you should adjust it in time or divert your attention immediately. Use correct reading posture. The reading and writing distance should be kept at least 1 foot. Improve learning conditions (clear printed materials and standard fonts) and writing conditions (clear handwriting and white paper). Actively treat systemic diseases and other eye diseases. Especially when teenagers are suffering from systemic fever, they should protect their eyesight and pay attention to eye hygiene. Pathological myopia can be prevented through genetic counseling. If both parents have pathological myopia, nearly 100% of their children will develop the disease. Prevent infection during pregnancy and avoid poisoning, allergies and other abnormal stimulation. Premature infants should pay attention to care and reduce oxygen intake as much as possible.
2. Prevent the development of myopia. For all myopia, especially those with pathological myopia, efforts should be made to prevent myopia from deepening and maintain or improve visual function. In addition to the above-mentioned methods to prevent the occurrence of myopia, special attention should be paid to the rational use of eyes, choosing appropriate work, and avoiding excessive use of eyes and adverse visual stimulation. Correct refractive errors correctly and wear appropriate glasses. Pathological myopia requires regular wearing of glasses for both distance and near vision. Contact lenses may also be worn. Measures that may slow or stop the progression of myopia include glasses (bifocal lenses, oxygen-permeable hard contact lenses), drugs, and surgery.
3. Prevent complications of myopia. The main cause of blindness in myopia is its complications, such as amblyopia, retinopathy and glaucoma, which all need to be prevented. Various methods to prevent the progression of myopia should be actively and conscientiously adopted. In addition to requiring patients to pay constant attention to vision changes, they should also pay attention to any other abnormalities that occur in the early stages of the eye, such as flashes of light, fly (mosquito) syndrome, visual field defects, and progressive or sudden decline in vision (especially near vision). , as well as eye soreness, pain and night blindness. Those who have complications in one eye should pay special attention to the condition of the other eye. Check at any time to detect early. Including changes in intraocular pressure, visual field, eye axis, etc. Other special eye examinations are performed when necessary. Eyes with pathological myopia have a higher chance of developing open-angle glaucoma. Changes in the fundus and visual field can mask glaucoma lesions, and due to the low hardness of the eye wall and low intraocular pressure, the diagnosis of glaucoma can be delayed. Therefore, the diagnosis of glaucoma should be increased. alert. When measuring intraocular pressure in pathological myopia, an applanation tonometer should be used to eliminate the influence of eye wall hardness. In addition, various triggering factors should be avoided to reduce adverse eye irritation. Minimize strenuous physical activity.
4. Promote eye exercises
(1) Eye exercises: Eye exercises have been designated by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health as eye exercises for school students.
Although some scholars have different views on its effects, as long as it is done conscientiously in accordance with the regulations, it will be beneficial to eye health.
(2) Distance viewing method and lens exercise: These two kinds of eye exercises are based on the opposite view that "long-term near vision is the main cause of myopia". Try to see far distance to prevent it. The occurrence of myopia is designed. This type of method is introduced in detail in all popular science books on the prevention and treatment of myopia and will not be described in detail.
(3) Finger exercises: There are two methods, which are described below:
① Targeted finger exercises: Straighten the index finger of your right hand and place it vertically in front of both eyes 15 ~25cm. When the two eyes are looking at an object 10 meters away, the two eyes are in a far-looking state. At this time, the eye axis of the two eyes spreads so that the line of sight of the two eyes is parallel, the eyes are adjusted to zero, and the pupils are dilated. When your eyes are looking at the fingers in front of you, your eyes are in a near reflex state. According to the distance between the index finger and the eye, if it is placed at 15cm, it can produce 6.6D adjustment and 6.6m angle (ma) set. If the two eyes alternately look at distant objects and nearby fingers, the internal and external muscles of both eyes will inevitably move together (Figure 5). This is a very reasonable eye exercise to prevent and treat myopia.
②Finger exercise without far target: Place one finger vertically in front of both eyes. When the two eyes look at a nearby finger, a binocular vision is formed, which puts the two eyes in a near-looking state. Depending on the distance between the fingers and the eyes, the inner and outer muscles of the two eyes can be closely coordinated to different degrees. But when the subject looked at the imaginary distant target while consciously not looking at the nearby fingers (shown by the dotted line in the figure), the axis of the eyes rotated outward. Since there is no gaze target in the distance, the nearby fingers are seen as two blurry finger shadows crossing left and right. Now look at the fingers in front of you, and sometimes look at the imaginary distant target, and you can perform finger exercises without distant targets (Figure 6). If you move your fingers left, right, up and down at the same time, you can exercise the inner and outer eye muscles in all directions. This method is simple and convenient and can be done anytime and anywhere. If you can persist in it, it is indeed an economical and effective method to prevent and treat myopia. Gaze into the distance:
Find a grassy field or green tree 10 meters away: green, due to its shorter wavelength, is imaged in front of the retina, prompting the eyes to relax, relax the ciliary muscles, and reduce eye fatigue. Don't squint or blink all the time. Eliminate distracting thoughts, concentrate, and stare attentively for 25 seconds to identify the outline of grass or leaves. Then place your left palm slightly higher than 30 cm in front of your eyes, and look at the palm prints one by one from beginning to end for about 5 seconds. After reading the palm print, stare at the grass or leaves in the distance for 25 seconds, and then look at the palm print again. Repeat 20 times for 10 minutes, three times a day. If the vision is severely reduced, the number of training times should be increased.
2. Crystal Exercises
● Eye-turning: Hold your chin with both hands, and let the eyeballs rotate 10 times in the order of up, down, left, and right, and then rotate counterclockwise and clockwise. 10 times.
● Find a scene 3 meters away (such as calligraphy and painting on the wall, etc.), and at the same time raise your left hand slightly above your eyes (about 30 cm) to see clearly the lines on your palm. Finally, look at the object in the distance and move your eyes between the two as quickly as possible, back and forth 20 times.
3. Massage exercises
You can sit or lie on your back, close your eyes naturally, and then massage the acupuncture points around the eyes in sequence. Accurate acupoint selection and gentle technique are required, and the degree of local soreness and swelling is considered
4. Zhuhai Daai Technology Co., Ltd. Zhuhai Daai Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in December 2009 and is headquartered in Guangdong. Zhuhai City, Province. Zhuhai DaAi Technology Co., Ltd. uses "Ai DaAi" as its brand to develop a nationwide chain business and a professional eye care institution dedicated to the correction training of near and amblyopia for teenagers. In 1988, Professor Cheng Xutai successfully developed the "Synchronized Radiation Modulated Energy Beam Opto-Magnetic Wave Device" in Taiwan and won patents from China, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan and other countries.
In the past 23 years, Professor Cheng has used the "synchronous modulated radiation and energy-enhancing beam photomagnetic wave device" to restore sight to his completely blind eyes. The grandson of Mr. Wang Daohan, the former president of the ATS, also removed it in just 10 days. Years of glasses for low vision. At the same time, it has won the favor of Dr. Tang Youzhi, Beijing Tongrentang and Mao Zedong’s full-time ophthalmologist! In China, it has helped tens of millions of teenagers take off their glasses, and many of them have been witnessed by ophthalmologists and teachers ***.
No injections, no medicines, no surgery, no pain, no itching, and no side effects, allowing teenagers to get rid of the trouble of glasses easily and happily. Aidaai eye correction training is a purely physical and natural training method through D3 energy introduction and acupoint massage. It uses acupoint massage and D3 energy to restore the self-regulation function of the eyeballs. 23 years of experience and improvements in corrective treatment have verified that D3 energy therapy can simply, quickly and effectively help children with near vision and amblyopia take off their glasses, with a success rate as high as 95%! At present, the seventh generation of "synchronous amplitude-modulated energy-enhanced beam optomagnetic wave device" has been developed.
In order to help more people get rid of the trouble of glasses and restore clear vision, Daai Technology decided to launch a nationwide franchise chain plan. The company has always followed the development policy of "first-class talents, first-class management, first-class technology, first-class service" and "integrity, care, responsibility and innovation" as the continuous pursuit and goal of Daai people.
Since its official establishment in December 2009, as DaAi Company has grown day by day, in order to enable the "DaAi" cause to help more young people with short sight and low vision, let our next generation have a A clear and bright future! We are determined to work hard with you who are caring and visionary, and we will work hard together for the company to become a leading enterprise in the industry as soon as possible! First of all, to prevent further progression of myopia, posterior scleral reinforcement surgery can be performed.
A large number of clinical studies have confirmed that posterior scleral reinforcement surgery can stabilize the axial length of the eye to control the progression of myopia; improve fundus blood circulation to prevent or delay the occurrence of complications, thereby achieving the purpose of protecting visual function. Judging from our clinical observations, the surgery is safe, most patients' myopia progression is controlled or slowed down after surgery, and a considerable number of patients' corrected visual acuity is significantly improved.
Secondly, refractive correction is required. To get rid of the trouble of wearing high-definition glasses, patients need to undergo refractive surgery.
For patients with myopia below 1200 degrees and sufficient corneal thickness, excimer laser surgery is possible; for patients with myopia above 1200 degrees and thin cornea, phakic intraocular lens implantation surgery or Refractive lens replacement surgery. Pediatric patients can undergo RGP correction first, and those with strabismus and amblyopia must undergo strabismus correction surgery and amblyopia treatment.
