How long will the files of patent applications regarded as withdrawn, rejected and voluntarily withdrawn not be kept?

Cases closed without authorization shall be kept for not less than 2 years, generally 3 years, and cases closed without authorization shall be kept for not less than 3 years, generally 5 years, counting from the date of business failure. Cases involving special procedures such as invalidation, review and administrative reconsideration shall also meet the conditions that the special procedures have been terminated for five years. If the paper document has been destroyed when entering the special program, it is not subject to this restriction.
