The present invention includes a seat ventilator with an air diffuser, which preferably has a plurality of parts. The air diffuser has a spacer material and a seat side ventilation hole. Thermostats include thermostats (such as TED) and blowers to provide temperature-regulated air. One conduit connects the diffuser to the inlet of the blower, and the other conduit connects the diffuser to the TED outlet. The blower moves the air from its inlet to TED, and then moves the air from the TED outlet to the diffuser. The present invention also includes a vehicle seat temperature control method, in which air is sucked from a diffuser in a vehicle seat through at least one conduit, and the air is blown to the diffuser through at least another conduit, and the temperature of the blown air is adjusted. The present invention also include a method of assembling a ventilate vehicle seat by inserting a diffuser nozzle into a plug received in a seat cushion socket or fasten a tether through a thermostat manifold to fluidly connect one or more conduits to a thermostat.
