General scope of patent claims.
The technical scheme of the claim should at least "be able to solve the targeted technical problems". As for the actual demand, if the technical scheme is written very small, it will be easier to pass the examination and authorization. However, in the actual tort litigation, it is easy for the other party to avoid the necessary technical characteristics, thus failing to achieve the purpose of protecting its own technology. If the claim is written broadly, the possibility of passing the review will be reduced, and the claim that is too broad will easily be invalidated by others in the later stage. Whether more restrictions are needed depends on the actual demand, which is uncertain.
