How is acetylene black produced?

Acetylene black is acetylene black obtained by cracking calcium carbide or natural gas.

Characteristics: Delong acetylene carbon black has the characteristics of good electrical conductivity, good thermal conductivity, high purity, good dispersibility, good processability, good reinforcement, no moisture absorption, less heavy metal content, small specific surface area and no water absorption on the surface.

Uses: It is mainly used as filler for dry batteries, and can also be used for various conductive rubbers, silicone rubbers (low sulfur content does not affect vulcanization), cable shielding materials (semi-conductive EVA), antistatic materials, conveyor belts, various related and conductive coatings, adhesives, PTC effect cables, tire capsules and various battery conductive agents.
