Building wiring system
1) The building wiring of SCS structured wiring system is divided into five parts: workspace subsystem, horizontal subsystem, trunk subsystem and management/equipment subsystem.

The configuration and structure of the system can refer to the structural schematic diagram and system configuration table of the integrated wiring system.
1, workspace subsystem
Refers to the information socket, terminal equipment connecting line and other components in each application position; They are distributed in different locations in the building, and all adopt the international standard EIA/TIA568B(RJ45) socket interface, and are fixed on the wall or floor in various ways.
In this scheme, our design is to make all sockets support 155Mbps data communication (computer communication) applications, so we adopt all PANDUIT super-class CJ588 information sockets to meet data and video applications. The distribution of horizontal information points is obtained according to the analysis and statistics of building demand, and the specific distribution will be determined according to the actual application and decoration environment of each floor.

Each information point is equipped with an RJ45 8-pin socket, and each socket is separately wired by 4 pairs of unshielded cables. It can be used for network connection applications such as voice, data and images. These sockets have passed the testing and approval of UL independent laboratory in the United States.

In order to enhance the versatility of the interface, the standard socket module PANDUITCJ588 is selected in this scheme, which can support 100Mbps Ethernet and 622Mbps ATM applications after testing. It has good performance indexes such as NEXT, attenuation and network ACR value. The panel size is 86×86mm, and there are application signs and seat number labels on the panel, which is convenient for system management.
These sockets don't need any tools when connecting cables. Install cables according to the numbers marked on the back of sockets that are consistent with RJ45 socket contacts.

2.2 Layout of horizontal cables and pipelines
Different from the laying method of high-voltage conduit, the conduit in structured wiring system not only has the characteristics of structure and flexibility, but also has higher requirements in sealing, shielding and storage capacity.
The system wiring is radial, and the cable quantity is large, so it is very important to calculate the capacity of trunking. According to the standard design method of trunking, the capacity of trunking should be determined according to the outer diameter of horizontal line.
Namely: sum of cable cross-sectional areas × 1.8.
The horizontal line subsystem completes the line connection function from the wiring closet to the work area. There are two pipeline modes:
2.2. 1 corridor cable channel
Cable channels must be made of metal or plastic. Cable channels should be calculated and installed according to the size of cables and the size of available space.
Copper core cables used for data transmission should avoid interference from major interference sources, especially power cables that generate major interference sources. These interferences have a great influence on high frequency, thus polluting nearby communication cables. Therefore, a basic preventive measure can be taken, that is, the use of cable channels should be stipulated for a long time:
"Weak current" cable channel (data, telephone, image)
"High current" cable channel (power supply)
If possible, these two passages should be made of metal and fixed to the ceiling. These metal channels constitute a precious grounding object, which can hold cables and fix them, thus guiding the external interference power to other places. According to the current safety standards, the metal objects in these channels should be connected to the ground wire.
Here are some possible trends:
When the bending direction of weak current cable channel is the same as that of power cable, the distance between them should be at least 30 cm. We suggest that one side of the corridor can be used for high voltage cables and the other side for weak current cables. Fluorescent lamps should be avoided within 0.3m of the cable channel.
This project adopts the scheme of light assembled trough cable tray with suspended ceiling. This method is suitable for large buildings and provides mechanical protection and support for horizontal cable systems. Assembled trough cable tray is a kind of closed metal trough frame, which is installed in the ceiling and leads from the weak current well to the compartments with information points. Then, the wires are introduced into the socket box of the office through iron pipes and guide grooves with different specifications in the wall.
Cable channel in the office
The "weak current" cable channel should extend as close as possible to the information point. When wiring in the office, the same regulations as the cable channel in the corridor are adopted. However, if the length parallel to the power cable is short, the separation distance can also be very close. Pay attention to the parallel distance and pipe curvature:
When it is less than 2.5m, the distance between them is at least 2.5cm..
When it is less than 10 meter, the distance between them is at least 4 cm.
If the data cable is installed in all-metal trunking and properly connected to the ground wire, the distance from the power cable can be 1cm, but the parallel length must be less than 10m.
When laying cables, we must pay attention to the minimum bending of cables, UTP is 8 times of the outer diameter, and optical cables are 10 times of the outer diameter. So as to predict the cable channel. At the same time, the cable must also meet some mechanical performance requirements to avoid the attenuation of its electrical performance.
2.3 Vertical Cable Laying and Piping
How to set up cable channels, especially pipes with vertical wiring, is one of the first problems to be considered in wiring installation. Because it directly affects horizontal and vertical wiring.
Norms and standards
The location of cable channels depends on the installation environment. In order to limit possible electromagnetic interference, cable channels, shafts and wiring closets should be as far away from elevators and generators as possible. Cable channels should also be connected to the multi-grid grounding system.
Strong current and protective cables may interfere with weak current cables of voice/data/image signals. Therefore, some necessary measures must be taken so that the channels of these different types of conductors can work normally:
The metal channels of different cables are at least 0.3m apart.
High voltage/low voltage cables are in the same cable trough. High and low voltage cables are separated by metal plates, and the distance between wires is 0.3m ..
Parallel cable ducts must comply with the above provisions. When cables cross, the crossing must be at right angles to reduce the loop influence.
3. Management Area Subsystem \ Equipment Subsystem
At the convergence point of each cable, the cables of each system are terminated by standard wire frame modules in different areas, so as to realize the intersection and interconnection between horizontal wiring, optical fiber trunk lines and equipment channels, so that communication lines can be conveniently located or moved to different working areas.
3. 1 Environmental requirements of management and equipment wiring room
The wiring closet should not be a "closet", but a real operation studio with the following characteristics:

Stay away from all sources of electromagnetic interference
The wiring room should be large enough to accommodate not only all the connecting equipment of the wiring system, but also the communication equipment and accessories needed to form all the networks. These devices are generally 19 "specifications and need power supply and ventilation. Therefore, in the configuration, we set up a 19 "equipment rack for each management room.
The wiring room should be at least 2 meters away from high-power motors (elevators and generators) and power supply substations. Both ends of the distribution frame frame should be connected with the grounding belt in the studio (according to the grounding grade), otherwise it should be connected with the main grounding terminal of the studio. The distribution frame shall be connected with the cable metal channel. Electrical continuity between wires in the same distribution frame shall be ensured.
The wiring room should be closed to ensure the safety of the installed network. The wiring room of the building should be managed and maintained by the department designated by this bureau. If it is used by several departments at the same time, they can enjoy the wiring closet, but there may be management confusion and security problems.
3.2 Organization of equipment wiring room
The organizational structure of the wiring room should be analyzed so as to place all the equipment needed in the short and medium term. The wiring room for optical fiber wiring and the wiring room for copper wire wiring may be the same. However, if there are many optical fiber modules, it is best to put them on special distribution frames.
The equipment wiring room shall consist of two facilities. One part is the wiring management rack; On the other hand, it is a placement and matching device for specific network devices.

Various modules are placed on distribution frames and frames to connect distribution cables. In this way, a network with a certain topological structure can be formed through some accessories and active devices. By making some changes to these components, the topology can be changed.
The connection between wiring closets is realized by higher network or relay cable. The wiring closet receives all horizontal distribution cables from the office and trunk cables from other management wiring closets. These backbone cables can be twisted pair or optical fiber according to different situations.
For optical fiber wiring, the optical fiber carrier (optical fiber head or optical fiber spool) is also placed in this wiring room.

The new technology of making IDC contact makes its connection performance better and transmission performance optimized, which is especially suitable for high-speed transmission.

3.3 Testing:
The test is divided into two levels, namely self-test and PANDUIT test. Engineers shall conduct follow-up tests at both ends and fill in test records in detail, including line sequence, on-off test, crosstalk test and attenuation test, which must conform to PANDUIT standards.
