Third, trademark renewal.
Trademark renewal in the United States is the same as that in China. It is renewed once every 10, and the period of validity after renewal is 10 (the period of validity of trademark registration and renewal before198917 is 20 years). The time for submitting renewal is from half a year before the expiration of registration to three months after the expiration of registration. If the renewal is submitted within the three-month extension period after the registration expires, a fine will be paid.
