Changes after authorization by the patent applicant

Changes authorized by the patent applicant shall be registered in the Patent Office in the form of recorded project changes in accordance with the relevant provisions of the China Patent Examination Guide, and the authorized changes belong to the changes of the patentee. And the relevant procedures for changing the recorded items have not yet taken effect. Before the change, the announcement issued by the Patent Office or the relevant matters for compiling the entry announcement shall prevail. The applicant who changes the patent needs to pay the 200 yuan to the Patent Office. Unless otherwise provided by the Patent Office, no individual or related group may put the patent into practice without the permission of the patentee after the invention and related utility model patent has been granted by the Patent Office. In short, it is not allowed to manufacture, use, sell or promise to sell its patented products in the name of production and operation, and it is not allowed to implement its patents. Similarly, they may not manufacture, sell or import their patented products for production and business purposes. Any unit, organization or individual who uses another person's patent shall sign a written patent exploitation license contract with the patentee, and the patentee has the right to ask him to pay the patent exploitation fee. In addition, the licensee has no right to grant the patent exploitation right to any unit, group or individual other than those stipulated in the contract. After the publication of the application for a patent for invention, the patentee may require any company or individual that exploits its patent to pay the fee. Products produced by companies or individuals that use their invention patents shall be marked with the patent number and patentee. A unit that has been granted a patent right shall give corresponding rewards to the inventor or designer of the invention-creation; Where a patent for invention-creation is implemented, companies and individuals shall pay appropriate remuneration to the patentee after the patent enters the market and obtains certain economic benefits. Patent documents shall indicate the inventor or patent applicant. The patentee shall not be concealed or his name changed without authorization, and the patent shall not be changed without authorization.
