Zhang Yunfei, founder, chairman and CEO of Zhuhai Yunzhou Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., holds a PhD in precision engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and is a young scientific and technological worker in China Director of the association, executive director of the Guangdong Youth Science and Technology Workers Association, director of the Ocean Society of China, winner of the 8th China Youth Entrepreneurship Award, national champion of the 2nd China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and national champion of the 2014 Dark Horse Competition.
After more than ten years of independent innovation, Zhang Yunfei has led the team to conquer many core key technologies for unmanned ships such as autonomous navigation, intelligent obstacle avoidance, and collaborative control. Now it has more than 400 patents and has taken the lead in formulating 9 industry standards have built a huge independent innovation technology system for unmanned ships. As the project leader, Zhang Yunfei took the lead in undertaking more than 10 provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, including the Ministry of Science and Technology’s national key research and development plan.
