Installation requirements
(1) The type of clamp should match the type of conductor and lightning rod. Otherwise, the wire and lightning rod will be fixed in the wire clamp, which may cause accidents.
(2) The aluminum stranded wire, steel-cored aluminum stranded wire and aluminum-clad steel stranded wire shall not be in direct contact with the wire clamp, and 1-2 aluminum-clad tape shall be tightly wrapped on the surface of the wire (except for the wire with pre-stranded wire protection) to prevent the wire from being worn in operation. The winding direction of aluminum-clad tape should be the same as the twisting direction of the conductor outer strand, with both ends exposed from the opening of the clamp 10-30mm, and the end of aluminum-clad tape should be pressed into the clamp to prevent the end from scattering.
(3) When the line passes through residential areas, areas intersecting with railways, highways, power lines and weak wires, and areas where line maintenance is difficult, release pliers cannot be used to prevent accidents caused by misoperation.
(4) The bolt-free side of the flip-chip bolt-type tension clamp should point to the conductor end, and the bolt side should point to the jumper end. If the installation direction is opposite, the stress condition of the fixture will deteriorate and an accident will occur. The connection between the clamp and the insulator should be made of connecting hardware with appropriate length, so that the jumper of the clamp accessory can keep a certain distance from the porcelain skirt of the insulator.
(5) The bolt on the fixture must be equipped with a spring washer. Bolts should be tightened and stressed evenly.
