I want to know the master's degree in patent management.

If you want to engage in patent management, one option is to be a patent agent and write patent application documents for other people's technologies, depending on whether you like paperwork. Other options are that some large technology-based enterprises will have patent departments or legal departments will have specialized patent affairs personnel. However, there are relatively few such enterprises in China, and many of them are foreign companies, which may need language skills.

To be a patent, you must know the law. As a science and engineering student, I suggest you get a master's degree in law when you graduate. The difference between LLM and LLM is that many students are non-law majors, and their admission scores are lower than those of LLM. Generally, schools with law majors recruit master of law. If recommended, the louder the school brand, the better. For example, Peking University, China Renmin University and China University of Political Science and Law all provide good legal education.
