What do you know about the wall heat exchanger?

Heat exchangers are common equipment in chemical industry, petroleum, power, food and many other industrial sectors, and play an important role in production. In chemical production, heat exchangers can be used as heaters, coolers, condensers, evaporators and reboilers, etc., and are more widely used. There are many kinds of heat exchangers, but according to the principle and mode of heat exchange between cold and hot fluids, they can be basically divided into three categories: partition wall type, mixed type and regenerative type. Among the three types of heat exchangers, the partition heat exchanger is the most widely used. Heat exchanger is a kind of heat exchange equipment that transfers part of the heat from hot fluid to cold fluid, so that the temperature of the fluid reaches the index specified in the process flow, also known as heat exchanger. As heat transfer equipment, heat exchangers are widely used in the field of boiler heating and ventilation. With the rapid development of energy-saving technology, there are more and more types of heat exchangers.

the foundation for installing the heat exchanger must be satisfied so that the heat exchanger does not sink, or the pipeline transfers excessive deformation to the nozzle of the heat exchanger. There are generally two kinds of foundations: one is a brick saddle foundation, and the heat exchanger is directly placed on the saddle foundation without saddle support. The heat exchanger and the foundation are not fixed and can move freely with the needs of thermal expansion. The other is concrete foundation, and the heat exchanger is firmly connected with the foundation by anchor bolts through saddle bearings. Before installing the heat exchanger, the quality inspection and acceptance of the foundation should be strictly carried out. The main items are as follows: general situation of the foundation surface; Whether the foundation elevation, plane position, shape and main dimensions and reserved holes meet the actual requirements; Whether the position of the anchor bolt is correct, whether the thread is in good condition, and whether the nuts and washers are complete; Whether the foundation surface on which the shim is placed is flat, etc. After the foundation acceptance is completed, put the shim on the foundation before installing the heat exchanger, and the foundation surface where the shim is placed must be leveled, so that the two can be in good contact. The thickness of the shim can be adjusted to make the heat exchanger reach the designed horizontal height. After the shim is placed, the stability of the heat exchanger on the foundation can be increased, and its weight can be evenly transferred to the foundation through the shim. Pad iron can be divided into flat pad iron, inclined pad iron and open pad iron. Among them, the inclined pads must be used in pairs. There should be pads on both sides of the anchor bolt, and the installation of the pads should not hinder the thermal expansion of the heat exchanger.
