Conditions for awarding master's degree to master's students
(a) to complete the course according to the requirements of the training plan, pass the examination results, and successfully complete the personal training plan, which meets the requirements of the discipline and specialty training plan;
(2) Published at least 1 academic papers in public journals as the first author during school, with the author's signature "Yangtze University", and its content is closely related to the dissertation;
(three) to complete the master's degree thesis and reach the academic level of the master's degree;
(4) Non-English major graduate students are required to score 55 or above in CET-6 according to the percentage system (full score is 7 10, converted by the corresponding coefficient), and English major graduate students should pass CET-8 and obtain a certificate of conformity;
(5) If English fails to meet the requirements, but meets one of the following conditions, a master's degree may be awarded:
1. Get a doctorate;
2. The academic papers published by the first author were retrieved by SCI and SSCI and included 1 above;
3. Persons authorized by the State for invention patents (holding patent certificates and ranking in the top three) or the first inventor of utility model patents (holding patent certificates);
4. Obtain the provincial and above scientific and technological achievement award (with award-winning certificate and ranking in the top five) related to the applied degree discipline.
(6) Non-English major graduates and English major graduates who pass CET-6 and meet one of the following conditions can reduce their degree English scores by 5 points:
1. The academic papers published by the first author (the first unit signed by the author is "Yangtze University") were retrieved by EI, or more than 1 articles were reproduced by China Renmin University, Xinhua Digest and China Social Science Digest;
2. As the first author, publish two or more academic papers that are closely related to the contents of graduate dissertations in core journals published at home and abroad (the first unit signed by the author is "Yangtze University") (please refer to the Catalogue of Selected Chinese and English Core Journals of Yangtze University for core journals);
3. Won the commendation title or athletes at or above the provincial level (the winner's first signature unit is "Yangtze University" and has an award certificate).
