If Wish unilaterally determines that you sell counterfeit products, you agree not to restrict Wish's rights or legal rights in this agreement, and Wish may unilaterally suspend or terminate your sales rights or detain or confiscate the money that should have been paid to you.
4. 1 It is forbidden to sell forged products.
It is strictly forbidden to sell products that imitate or insinuate the intellectual property rights of other parties. If merchants introduce counterfeit products for sale, these products will be cleared, and their accounts will face fines and may be suspended.
4.2 It is strictly forbidden to sell products that infringe the intellectual property rights of other entities.
Product pictures and words shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of other parties. This includes but is not limited to copyrights, trademarks and patents. If merchants list products that infringe the intellectual property rights of other parties, these products will be cleared, and their accounts will face fines and may be suspended.
4.3 Merchants have the responsibility to provide evidence of product sales authorization.
If the product is forged or infringes intellectual property rights, the merchant has the responsibility to provide evidence of authorization to sell the product.
4.4 It is strictly forbidden to provide inaccurate or misleading sales authorization evidence.
If the merchant provides false or misleading authorization evidence for the products sold, its account will be suspended.
4.5 Impose a fine on counterfeit goods or products infringing intellectual property rights.
Examine whether all products are counterfeit and infringe intellectual property rights. If a product is found to violate Wish's policy, the product will be deleted and all payments will be withheld. Merchants may be fined $65,438+$0.00 per counterfeit product.
4.6 Impose a counterfeit fine on the approved products.
After changing the product name, product description or product picture, merchants should also review the approved products again to see if they are counterfeit or infringe intellectual property rights. During the product review, the products were sold normally. If the product is found to violate wish's policy after editing, the merchant may be fined 100.00 USD. If the product is found to infringe the knowledge product during the re-inspection, the merchant will be fined 100 USD, the product will be deleted and all payments will be withheld.
