Notice of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council on Publicizing the Law of the People's Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine (Draft for Comment)
In order to inherit and promote traditional Chinese medicine, support and promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine and protect public health, the former Ministry of Health drafted the Law of the People's Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine (Draft for Review) (hereinafter referred to as the Draft for Review) and submitted it to the State Council for review. The Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, after soliciting opinions from relevant parties and conducting many investigations, carefully studied and revised the draft together with the Health and Family Planning Commission and the Bureau of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and formed the Law of the People's Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine (Draft for Comment) (hereinafter referred to as the Draft for Comment). In order to further listen to the opinions and suggestions of all sectors of society on Chinese medicine legislation and improve the quality of legislation, the full text of the draft for comments is now published for comments. Relevant units and people from all walks of life can put forward their opinions in the following ways before August 23, 214:
(1) Log on to the Legal Information Network of China Municipal Government (website: omitted) and put forward opinions on the draft for comments through the Opinion Collection System of Draft Regulations on the left side of the homepage of the website.
(2) Send the opinions to Beijing 267 mailbox by letter (postal code: abbreviated), and please mark the words "Chinese Medicine Law for Opinions" on the envelope.
(3) Send the comments by email to: omitted.
