IV. Scientific Research Achievements
1. Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology: From 2012 to 2019, the school took the lead in winning 14 national science and technology awards. As of October 2019, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology of China has filed 3,048 patent applications for artificial intelligence, ranking 8th in the world.
2. Suzhou University: The 2019 National Natural Science Foundation centralized application project review results were announced. The school has 312 projects funded, ranking 18th in the country in terms of funding, and 2nd among universities in the province. The direct cost is 164.31 million yuan, the funding funding ranks first among local universities, setting a new high in funding funding for the same period, and the number of funding projects ranks among the top 20 in the country for eight consecutive years.
3. Wuhan University of Technology: As of April 2018, since the "Tenth Five-Year Plan", the school has undertaken 4,525 national, provincial and ministerial science and technology projects, with a total of 8.347 billion yuan in scientific research funding (including 2017 767.4 million yuan per year); won 940 awards for various scientific and technological achievements, including 34 national science and technology awards and 624 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards; 7190 papers were included in SCI/SCIE and 8149 papers were included in EI.
