The research and development organization of Greenbao Group

The Greenbao Group R&D Center was established by Fujian Greenbao Food Group Co., Ltd. It mainly conducts engineering development and research on key and promising new technologies in the technical field of edible fungi cultivation and processing industry. Provide technical strength for the group's independent research and development.

The R&D center adheres to the concept of "market-oriented, innovation as the soul" and the purpose of "and scientific development, technological innovation", and is committed to product research and development and innovation. First, we continue to develop new products, make full use of abundant agricultural resources, obtain from farmers, benefit from farmers, and benefit farmers. The edible fungus processed snack foods developed have been mass-produced and entered major supermarkets, and are well received by consumers. At the same time, we are committed to the research and development of new varieties of edible fungi to enable large-scale factory cultivation. The second is to continuously transform the process, actively introduce new equipment, strive for innovation, and gradually develop production from labor-intensive to automated and semi-automatic. The center has complete processing and testing equipment and is equipped with various testing conditions for research and development of food extracts and other small-scale tests. Processing equipment includes vacuum packaging machines, tablet presses, etc. The third is to pay attention to food processing safety. We will further improve food processing safety in terms of technology and equipment, purchase testing equipment such as visible light spectrophotometers, UV spectrophotometers, and moisture analyzers to strengthen safety testing during the production process.

The R&D center has always attached great importance to the introduction and training of talents. In line with the "invite in, go out" thinking, in terms of talent training, on the one hand, the company makes full use of human resources in all aspects, often invites experts from all fields to the factory for guidance and exchanges, and also hires edible fungi experts and food-related professional engineers. Carry out tracking management, development and research work on the company's products; on the other hand, R&D personnel are often sent to participate in various professional exhibitions and seminars to fully expand their horizons, increase their contact areas, and enhance their awareness of product R&D. 11 utility model patents have been obtained, and 4 utility model patents are currently being accepted.

There are 7 new invention patents being accepted, namely:
