Article 5 The economic and information technology departments of the municipal, county (city) and district people's governments are the administrative departments responsible for promoting the development of the private economy. They should guide, coordinate and serve the development of the private economy, and work with relevant departments to do the following work:
(1) Organize the publicity, interpretation and implementation of laws, regulations and policies that promote the development of the private economy;
(2) Regularly release information on industry trends, preferential policies and other information related to the development of the private economy;

Article 6 Supervisory agencies, judicial agencies, procuratorial agencies, as well as development and reform, finance, natural resources and planning, market supervision, human resources and social security, science and technology, state-owned assets, education, finance, taxation, transportation, commerce, health Relevant departments such as health, statistics, public security, and judicial administration should work together to promote the development of the private economy within the scope of their respective responsibilities.
