First-class enterprise:

Grade II enterprise:
It can undertake the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects below the medium-sized scale and hydraulic structures below the building level 3, but the scale of the following projects is limited to the following scope: the dam height is below 7 meters, the total installed capacity of hydropower station is below 15MW, the diameter of hydraulic tunnel is less than 8 meters (or other types with equal cross-sectional areas) and the length is less than 1 meters, and the dike level is below 2.
Grade III enterprise:
It can undertake the construction of the following water conservancy and hydropower projects with a single contract amount of less than 6 million yuan: the general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower projects with a small (1) type and hydraulic structures with a building level of less than 4, but the following projects are limited to the following scope: the dam height is less than 4 meters, the total installed capacity of hydropower stations is less than 2MW, the total installed capacity of pumping stations is less than 8KW, and the diameter of hydraulic tunnels is less than 6 meters (or the cross-sectional area is equal)
