Under the prefabrication process, the water-absorbing polymer of the third-generation core can be spread evenly, and the reasonable ratio of polymer and non-woven fabric makes the core lighter and more breathable; The polymer is evenly distributed, which makes the urine absorb and diffuse faster and absorb more evenly.
In one fell swoop, it broke through the defects of the first and second generation core, such as "heavy", "poor air permeability", "easy to break" and "easy to lift", and became the favorite object of Chinese mothers who advocated the concept of "fine parenting" for a time, which also attracted many domestic diaper brands to follow suit.
The disadvantage of the third-generation diaper core is that it is light and breathable, which sacrifices the "absorption" performance. Therefore, there is still room for improvement in the absorption of the third generation core.
The fourth generation diaper core (core patent number: 2008 1003054 1.3)
With the arrival of the era of consumption upgrading in China, parents born after 8090 put forward higher requirements for the upbringing of their children. The experimental data show that the reverse osmosis value of traditional wood pulp core is generally above 3g, while the reverse osmosis value of the fourth generation multi-layer core is lower than1g.
Due to the uniform sowing of polymer, the fourth generation multi-layer core can still remain flat and not delaminate after urine absorption.
At the same time, the innovation of the fourth-generation core adopts zoning technology. The surface of the core has an original S-shaped breathable groove, which reduces the contact between the skin and the surface of the diaper, and leaves two breathable channels, which further enhances the permeability of the core on the basis of "thinness".
