Plastic welding method

There are welding hot plate, ultrasonic welding, vibration welding, thermoplastic friction welding, implant welding and laser welding.

Welding hot plate: Hot plate welding is the simplest mass production technology of plastic joints.

Ultrasonic welding method forms joints through mechanical high-frequency vibration. The alternating high-frequency stress generates heat at the joint interface, forming high-quality welding.

Vibration welding: Two thermoplastic parts rub against each other under appropriate pressure, frequency and amplitude until enough heat is generated to melt the polymer.

Friction welding of thermoplastics: one substrate is fixed and the other substrate rotates at a controlled angle. When the parts are pressed together, the friction heat causes the polymer to melt and form a weld after cooling.

Implant welding: firstly, the metal insert is clamped between the parts to be connected, and then heated by induction or resistance.

Laser welding: the welding is firm and beautiful, and the whole welding process adopts non-contact welding method, so the plastic laser welding process is more environmentally friendly and safer.
