Detailed description of the scheme:
Homogeneous precipitation of hypophosphite is a patented technology developed by Tongquan Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. to solve the problem of total phosphorus exceeding the standard in phosphate chemical and electroplating hypophosphite wastewater. In this technology, insoluble hypophosphite precipitate is directly generated by aluminum-magnesium-based inorganic double salt and hypophosphite, and the wastewater containing hypophosphite is discharged up to the standard.
Hypophosphate wastewater mostly exists in phosphorus chemical production wastewater and electroplating wastewater containing hypophosphite reducing agent, which is characterized by not being mixed with calcium salt and aluminum salt. Iron salts are well combined, and the corresponding chemical precipitation is directly generated like orthophosphate, and then filtered and removed. Therefore, the common method to remove this kind of wastewater is to convert hypophosphite into orthophosphate by oxidation, and then remove it by precipitation from calcium and magnesium salts. The disadvantage of this process is that the oxidation process has its own limitations, so there are still a lot of hypophosphite residues in the reaction. Even if the oxidation time is prolonged and the oxidation dosage is increased, hypophosphite in wastewater can not be removed, so that the total phosphorus can not meet the standard.
The homogeneous precipitation technology of hypophosphite is completely opposite to this idea, and there is no need to carry out the oxidation process from hypophosphite to orthophosphate. HMC-P3 can be directly combined with hypophosphite to form precipitate, which can be removed by filtration. This technology is a patented technology independently developed by Tongquan Environmental Protection, which greatly saves the reaction process and time, can effectively remove hypophosphite and organophosphorus, and make the total phosphorus less than 0.5 mg/L. Now it has been combined with electroplating, machinery and organophosphorus.
