What is the category of intellectual property industry?

Intellectual property rights are generally divided into two categories.

1. Copyright: an intellectual property right that is not directly related to industrial production. It belongs to the superstructure and spiritual world, mainly literature, artistic creation and scientific works.

2. Industrial property rights: closely related to industrial production, agriculture, forestry and mining, mainly including patents, trademarks, names of manufacturers, names of origin or source marks and service marks.

3. There is another kind of property right between the above two categories, which is protected by the above two laws or special legislation. Intellectual property experts named it industrial copyright, such as computer software. With the development of science and technology, this kind of intellectual property is expanding.
