Applicable objects:
Xiong’an New Area’s “Xiongcai Card” is divided into three categories: A, B, and C. If the talents introduced and cultivated in the new area meet the corresponding conditions for cards A, B, and C stipulated in the "Hebei Xiong'an New Area "Xiongcai" Management Measures (Trial)", they can apply for them according to the relevant conditions.
Application materials:

Application process:

To apply for Xiongan Xiongcai A and B cards, you should generally be at least 5 years away from the legal retirement age, and to apply for Xiongan Xiongcai C card, you should generally be no more than 35 years old.
