How to make stuffing with water (why the meat stuffing doesn’t stick)

Method:

Ingredients: Fat and lean meat fillings, cooking oil, sesame oil, light soy sauce, soy sauce, thirteen spices, ginger powder, green onion powder, salt, water.

Process:

First prepare all seasonings and fatty meat fillings.
