Overview:
Inconel7 13C is a nickel-based precipitation hardening equiaxed casting superalloy (equivalent to Inconel7 13C in the United States), with γ ′ phase as precipitation strengthening phase and service temperature below 900℃. The alloy has high creep strength, cold and hot fatigue resistance and oxidation resistance. The alloy has simple composition, no cobalt element and low density, and is usually used as cast.

Main applications and characteristics of Inconel7 13C;
The alloy is suitable for manufacturing hot-end rotating and stationary precision castings with working temperature below 900℃, such as turbine working blades, guide blades, guides and integral casting turbines. It has been widely used to manufacture turbine blades, guide blades and integral casting turbines for aviation, ground and offshore gas turbines, integral casting turbine rotors and guides for aerospace bomb engines, and supercharged turbines and hot extrusion dies for diesel engines and gasoline engines.
Hot isostatic pressing treatment and subsequent heat treatment can not only improve the plasticity and fatigue resistance of the alloy, but also restore the structure and service performance of the parts with degraded structure and performance after long-term use. When the alloy is used for a long time under the condition of thermal corrosion, it must have a protective coating. After long-term aging at 800℃, a small amount of σ phase will precipitate, but it has no obvious effect on the properties.
