Ice cream 14 additive code. How to understand coding?

With the arrival of summer, ice cream, as a good summer product, is especially popular with children. However, the survey found that ice cream has almost become a "mobile warehouse" for food additives, and some even added as many as 14 kinds of food additives. Some parents are worried: "Is this eating ice cream or additives?"

Some ice creams on the market contain a variety of food additives, ranging from six or seven to more than a dozen. An ice cream with concentrated red bean and mung bean flavor is marked with 5 thickeners, 3 emulsifiers, 1 sweetener, 5 colorants and up to 14 additives in the ingredient list.

The labeling methods of food additives in these products are also inconsistent. Some directly indicate the names of various additives, such as Heluxue's ace product (matcha red bean flavor), and the ingredient list specifically indicates "food additives", including: mono-and diglycerol fatty acid esters, guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan, caramel color, cochineal red, natural carotene, brilliant blue and cochineal red. However, a best-selling milk brick ice cream is not clearly marked with "food additives", but directly marked with thickener, emulsifier, colorant and so on. But no matter which labeling method, there is no specific content.

Some food additives in ice cream are numbered, just like gobbledygook, which is difficult to understand at all. Take Nestle Bennana as an example. It is an ice cream with four flavors, and it is randomly packed. The ingredient list on the package shows that all four flavors contain emulsifier (47 1 477), thickener (407,410,412) and acidity regulator (330,339i). Four completely different flavors of food additives are colorants. The colorants of Hami melon essence are natural carotene, 14 1ii, banana essence, strawberry essence, 120, grape essence and gardenia blue.
