Writing ideas should be concise and clear.

Readers and listeners care about what the author wants to say, not what style the author adopts.

Therefore, the only purpose of the writing style or tone of the article must be to lure the reader to finish reading the work in one breath, not to make him not want to read it.

Use words concisely.

Don't use complicated words, choose words that can express meaning with fewer words. Such as: girls (can be changed to "girls"), people living in the lower classes (can be changed to "poor people"), strike action (can be changed to "strike"), wasteland areas (can be changed to "wasteland"), large factories (can be changed to "big factories"), weather conditions (can be changed to "weather") and so on.

Some words need to be written with the most accurate words, such as: business community (can be changed to "businessmen"), major achievements (unless there are small achievements nearby), increasing transparency (can be changed to "openness"), management organization (can be changed to "government") and international community (can be changed to "other countries").

News is different from official documents, it is more vivid, diverse and grounded. When writing a press release, you should learn to tell it from the perspective of a narrator and read and modify the written press release with the mentality of a listener.

When writing, you can think from the perspective of the leader, the protagonist of the news. After writing, you can think about how to judge the news from the reader's point of view and consider what needs to be revised.
