Where do high-value patents mainly come from?

At present, the main source of high-value patents in China should be the national scientific and technological innovation platform. By the end of 20 17, China had established 503 state key laboratories, national engineering research centers 13 1 7, national enterprise technology centers 1276, 42 first-class research universities and a number of national key scientific research. These scientific and technological innovation platforms and institutions, with relatively sound innovation systems, strong research strength and large national investment, should be the focus of cultivating high-value patents.
