Look, smell, ask and cut.
Look: Look at the color, thickness and structure. High-quality boards are generally beige, that is, they tend to be bamboo. There are no black spots and particles in the incision. If the color is black or spotted, it may be made of recycled materials, or there is something wrong with the formula, which is not environmentally friendly and durable. If the color is white, calcium powder is added too much, and the toughness of the plate is not enough. In addition, it depends on the thickness and structure. Generally, the thickness is 10 mm, and the version structure adopts grooves combined with sound-proof holes, and at the same time, it has a * * * edge, and it is V-shaped groove when splicing.
Smell: The normal smell of wood is close to the nostrils, with a faint smell of bamboo and wood. There is no open flame when it is ignited, accompanied by a faint smell of bamboo and resin. Inferior plates give off obvious PVC stench.
Q: Ask the other company whether it can issue patent certificate, production license and product quality inspection certificate. Whether these documents are issued by national authorities. At the same time, ask the other party whether the after-sales warranty method, after-sales duration and after-sales scope are written in the contract.
Cut: Weigh the plate by hand. If it is too light, it will blister badly. If it's too heavy, add too much calcium powder. Take a 3 meter long plate and try to bend it. If it can be looped at 360 degrees, it means that the toughness and quality are up to standard, and the inferior plate will be too brittle and broken. In addition, see if the plates in the exhibition hall can be folded 90 degrees when installed. High-quality plates can be folded 90 degrees, and inferior plates will crack when folded 90 degrees.
