The first sale of a patent

If before others apply for a patent, the same product has been manufactured, the same method has been used, or it is ready to be manufactured or used, then after the patent is granted, it can be produced within the original scale, but the products beyond the original scale need to pay a license fee. If someone else has applied for an invention patent before, but you later manufacture and use it, you have to pay an appropriate royalty from the publication to authorization of the invention patent of others, and you need the permission of the patentee after the patent is authorized, otherwise it is infringement.
