It is a patented product of acoustic pipe connection. One end of the single joint has a joint, and the other end is directly welded to the pipe body. When welding, gas shielded welding is used to seal completely without leakage. The joint part is slightly larger than the pipe diameter, and then it can be directly sleeved on another pipe and pressed by hydraulic tongs. There are two protrusions at this joint, and there are two sealing rings in the protrusions to prevent the slurry from flowing back. Double joint is to press both ends of the pipe with hydraulic tongs.
2. Threaded connection:
This connection is very convenient and easy to operate. The joint is divided into two parts, which are welded on two pipes respectively. There are positive and negative threads on the joint. Just check the sealing ring and tighten it with pipe tongs.
3. Sleeve connection:
This can be said to be a more traditional connection form. Only one end of the joint is welded with a steel pipe section slightly larger than the pipe diameter, with a length of about 70 mm, which can be directly sleeved on another pipe when installed.
4. Socket connection:
The socket connector is mainly connected by a spring clip, with a sealing ring and a clip at one end and a slot at the other end, which can be connected as soon as it is inserted. At the same time, it is also called welding-free sleeve sound tube.
