4. Have full capacity for civil conduct;
5. Have a bachelor's degree or above in law in full-time colleges and universities, have a bachelor's degree or above in illegal courses in full-time colleges and universities, have a master's degree or above in law, have a bachelor's degree or above in illegal courses in full-time colleges and universities and have been engaged in legal work for three years.

Counties, county-level cities and districts under the jurisdiction of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (except the districts under the jurisdiction of Urumqi) can relax the qualifications for enrollment to undergraduate degrees in institutions of higher learning.
Full-time undergraduate graduates (including junior college graduates, the same below) from ordinary colleges and military academies in 221 and fresh graduate students with the same academic qualifications can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 22.
The 22 undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who have completed their studies but have not yet obtained academic degree certificates and the 22 undergraduate graduates of continuing education (including online education, adult education, open university, etc.) can sign up for the 22 national unified legal professional qualification examination.
those who take the self-study examination for higher education, who have obtained all qualified scores in a single subject before September 3, 22 and obtained graduation certificates this year, can sign up for the 22 national unified legal professional qualification examination.
(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances may not register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:
1. Those who have been criminally punished for intentional crimes;
2. Having been dismissed from public office or having had his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked;
3. The legal professional qualification certificate has been revoked;
4. Those who are not allowed to sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination within two years or are not allowed to sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination (national judicial examination) for life;
5. Being identified as the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty by the relevant state units due to serious dishonesty, and being included in the national credit information sharing platform;
6. Being banned from legal professional treatment for life due to other circumstances.
if a person under any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph has gone through the registration formalities, the registration is invalid; Those who have already taken the exam will have invalid test results.

(3) If the scores of objective questions in the 219 legal professional qualification examination reach the national unified qualified score line or the qualified score line is relaxed, the qualified scores will be valid in the 22 legal professional qualification examination. Among them, those who reach the national unified qualified score line can confirm to take the subjective test in 22 when registering for the subjective test, and those who meet the relaxation policy can apply for the relaxation policy at the same time; Those who have relaxed the qualified scores can sign up for the 22 objective test and subjective test, or directly confirm their participation in the 22 subjective test.
(4) Applicants can choose to take the exam in Chinese or in Mongolian, Uighur and Kazakh. Candidates should use the same language test paper to take the objective test and the subjective test.

4. photos of electronic certificates. Applicants should provide a full-face bareheaded photo of their electronic certificate in color (red, blue and white background) in the past three months that meets the requirements of the prescribed format (width 413 pixels × height 626 pixels). This photo will be used as my admission ticket, notice of examination results, application form for granting legal professional qualification and legal professional qualification certificate.
5. Other materials required by the judicial administrative organ. Applicants should truthfully and accurately fill in personal information, make the registration information true and effective, and be responsible for the authenticity of the substantive contents of the materials. Full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and military academies in 221 and fresh graduates with equivalent academic qualifications should sign the Book of Fresh Graduates when registering online. Those who participated in the self-study examination of higher education and obtained all the qualified scores of single subjects before September 3, 22 and obtained the graduation certificate this year shall fill in the "Statement of Qualified Scores of Single Subjects" when registering online, and sign the "Certificate of Qualified Scores of Single Subjects" on the examination registration system from October 15 to October 19; If the book is not signed within the time limit, the registration will be invalid and the admission ticket will not be printed.
if an applicant fills in false information or fraudulently enrolls by other means, the judicial administrative organ will deal with it in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination and other regulations.
(3) Pay the examination fee and choose the place of registration
In 22, the objective examination fee for the national unified legal professional qualification in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region will be 142 yuan. Applicants must prepare bank cards for online payment. The deadline for online payment of objective exams is 24: on August 16th.

In 22, there will be 1 examination areas for the objective examination of national unified legal professional qualifications in the whole region, namely, Urumqi, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Karamay, Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Hami, Bayinguoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Aksu, Kashgar and Hotan. Among them, candidates from Turpan take the exam in Urumqi examination area; Candidates from Tacheng, Altay and Kuitun take the exam in Karamay. Candidates from Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture take the exam in Kashgar.
(V) Examination Contents and Subjects

(7) Print the admission ticket
Applicants who meet the requirements for registration after examination by the judicial administrative organ are allowed to issue the admission ticket. Applicants can log on to the website of the Ministry of Justice from October 21st to October 3th to print their own admission tickets.
(8) Qualified scores
The national unified legal professional qualification objective examination is marked by a national unified computer.
according to the measures for the implementation of the national unified legal professional qualification examination, the passing score of the objective examination of the national unified legal professional qualification in 22 will be determined by the Ministry of justice, the people's court, the people's procuratorate and other relevant departments. On November 1th, the Ministry of Justice announced the objective test scores and qualified scores. Candidates can print the notice of test scores on the website of the Ministry of Justice.
The qualified scores of objective questions are valid in this year and the next examination year.
III. Subjective Examination
(I) Registration and Payment
Those who have passed the objective examination of national unified legal professional qualification in 219 or 22 can register for the subjective examination in 22. The time for registration and payment of the subjective test is from : on November 1th to 24: on November 14th. Candidates should log on to the website of the Ministry of Justice within 5 days from the date of publication of the objective test results to confirm their participation in the subjective test and pay the test fee as required. Failing to confirm and pay the fee within the time limit, no supplementary report will be made.
those who have passed the objective test in 219 and confirmed their registration for the subjective test in 22 (excluding those who took the objective test in 22) can choose to take the subjective test in the examination area set up by the judicial administrative organ of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in the province (autonomous region or municipality) where they work and live.

(II) Setting of test sites in the test area

The examination system supports five input methods: sogou Quanpin input method, QQ Quanpin input method, Google Shuangpin input method, sogou Wubi input method (version 86) and Extreme Wubi input method (version 86), and the examinees use one of them to answer. The examination system does not support handwriting board, voice and other auxiliary input devices and software.

IV. Qualification examination and award
Those who have passed the national unified objective examination of legal professional qualification in 219 and 22, and obtained qualified results in the subjective examination in 22, and those who meet the qualification granting conditions after examination, will be awarded legal professional qualification by the Ministry of Justice and issued legal professional qualification certificates.
