2.TK-200 off-line model is suitable for off-line measurement of coal transported by cars and trains. This series of products can be widely used in thermal power plants, coal washing plants, coke plants, cement plants, fertilizer plants, steel plants and other units that use a large number of sticky coal, raw coal and various coal products, and can quickly determine important performance indicators such as ash and calorific value of coal. It has the characteristics of stable performance, fast test speed, high precision and simple operation. At the same time, the instrument has the functions of storage and remote monitoring, and can be connected with local area network. When in use, it can be used off-line and alone, and can also be used with the mechanized sampler in the factory. 2. 1 TK-200 off-line type can be used alone.
Structural features: TK-200 offline structure is divided into two parts, namely measuring device and data processing part (including computer data analysis system), with clear structural layout and simple maintenance.
Installation mode: the instrument is installed indoors, without complicated sample preparation process, and can be sampled at multiple points and measured one by one.
2.2 TK-200 off-line model is used together with mechanized sampler.

Installation mode: the mechanized sampler in the factory is installed by bridge, and TK-200 is installed off-line with the sampling mechanism, with reasonable structure and simple maintenance. ZZ-89(B/C/D/G) coal ash analyzer (developed by Tsinghua University) was adopted.
ZZ-89C/D on-line ash analyzer is improved on the basis of ZZ-89A ash analyzer. ZZ-89A ash analyzer adopts DOS operating system, and an industrial computer can only take one set of measuring equipment. ZZ-89C/D has the basic functions of type A ash analyzer, adopts Windows operating system and has networking function. 1 industrial computer can control multiple ash analyzers.
Model C is a rotating structure, equipped with a standard measuring block, which can check the parameters according to the set calibration time (usually one day/kloc-0 times) and automatically correct the slow drift of the instrument; Type D is a fixed structure with small installation space and convenient installation, but it needs regular inspection.

ZZ-89B off-line scanning γ -ray coal ash analyzer has a unique patented technology of γ -ray beam scanning to measure coal samples, which ensures the equal weight measurement of most coal samples. Technical difficulties
