There are many installation methods of grid structure, which are generally divided into: high-altitude bulk method, sectional installation method, high-altitude sliding method, integral lifting method and integral jacking method.
(1) There are three kinds of high-altitude bulk methods: full-house scaffold method, local moving scaffold method and cantilever method. Full-house scaffolding method is to build a working platform with the same size as the grid. The grid is assembled on the platform, and the assembly quality is easy to control. But the workload of scaffolding is large, so the project is small. In order to ensure the progress and quality of the project, it can be considered as one of the installation schemes.
(2) The subsection installation method is to divide the grid into several sections. After the ground assembly is completed, use lifting equipment to lift it to the high altitude design elevation and put it in place, and then assemble it into an integral installation mode. This toll station has a small grid area, so there is no need to block it. And the grid is supported at six points, which is difficult to block, so it is not considered.
(3) High-altitude slip method is mainly used for the grid of peripheral support. It only needs to build a small operating platform on the ground, with a width of about three grid units and the same length as the grid span. After each part of the grid is assembled, it will slide forward for a certain distance until the grid is assembled. Because the columns in the grid of this project are point-supported and cannot slide, this scheme cannot be adopted.
(4) Integral lifting method, integral lifting method and integral jacking method are to assemble the grid on the ground, and then lift the grid to the design position with lifting equipment. Because the grid area of ramp station is small, it is suitable for integral hoisting. If site conditions permit, this construction method can also be considered as another scheme.
(1) Full scaffold high-altitude bulk method.
Set an operation platform at the lower part of the grid. The operating platform must be firmly set. When installing the grid, transport the required bars and bolt balls to the top of the operating platform, put them in numbered order, assemble them from the middle to both sides, check the grid size, adjust the position with the axis, fix the grid support with embedded parts, and finally check the overall size and deflection of the grid. After meeting the design requirements, weld the support and the grid firmly. Finally, corrosion damage is carried out on the installation surface of the grille. Observe the elevation and axis position of the grid at any time during the installation process, and adjust it in time when problems are found to ensure that the grid installation meets the design requirements. Records should be made in the process of power grid installation, and the acceptance data should be sorted out, and finally submitted to the owner for acceptance.
② Integral hoisting method
Before installing the grille, the axis size, elevation and flatness of the embedded parts should be tested. If there is any deviation, it should cooperate with the design, supervision and civil construction units in time to formulate feasible treatment methods and solve them thoroughly.
Assemble the grid on the ground. After assembly, timely repair the damaged anticorrosive coating on the grid surface, check the size of the grid assembly unit, and prepare for hoisting after confirming that it meets the design requirements. During hoisting, two16t cranes stand on both sides of the grid respectively, and the hoisting points must be determined by calculation. Tie the wire rope, check whether the wire rope is firm and correct, then lift it, lift the grid off the ground, stabilize it for a while, and observe the overall deformation of the grid. Confirm that there is no deformation, and then slowly lift the grid to the design elevation. The four cranes must be hoisted synchronously, and the grid bracket should be placed on the top surface of the embedded parts, aligned with the axis, and the grid should be gently placed on the bracket. After the grille is in place, test the size and deflection of the grille as a whole to confirm that it meets the design requirements, and then weld the bracket and grille firmly. During the installation process, the installation records should be made, and the acceptance data should be sorted out, and finally submitted to the owner for acceptance.
