With outstanding achievements in technology, finance, management and other work, they are the senior management talents, senior professional and technical talents, academic and technical leaders urgently needed in the country, as well as talents with patents, inventions or proprietary technologies with good industrial development prospects. ?
The specific application process is as follows: overseas students who want to work in Tianjin should first apply for the certification of foreign (overseas) academic degrees, and then apply for job transfer or work dispatch (for those who participate in the work for the first time), foreign exchange, etc. as needed. Documents required for certification of foreign (overseas) academic degrees:?

The term "overseas student" originated from the cultural exchanges between China and Japan during the Tang Dynasty in China.
