The words "exclusive sales in XX province", "original genuine products", "imported raw materials", "well-known trademarks", "patented drugs", "producer of XX", "general distributor of XX" shall not be printed on the drug label. However, words and patterns such as "enterprise anti-counterfeiting logo", "enterprise identification code" and "enterprise image logo" can be printed. Where the name of the enterprise is used as the background of the label, the generic name of the drug shall not be weakened by highlighting a certain name.
