After downloading the browser certificate, you usually need to export it to a file for backup, so that you can install it again when using it on different machines. Under normal circumstances, the newly downloaded browser certificate is allowed to be exported. Therefore, for the sake of safety, it is recommended that you export the browser certificate immediately after the first download is successful, then delete the certificate from IE and re-import it with the backed-up certificate. Please note when importing: If the option "Mark private key as exportable" is not checked, the certificate cannot be exported again (it is recommended not to check it).
Step one:
Open the tool in IE browser, select Internet options, select the Content tab, and then click the Certificate button. Open the certificate manager window
Step two:
In the certificate list, find the corresponding certificate according to your customer number. For example, my customer number is 03000042529, and I found my certificate in the list. The number is 03000042529.0000.0000. Select a certificate, and then select Export to start the certificate export wizard.
1. Click Next, and you will be prompted whether to export the private key. Select Export Private Key, and then click Next.
Note: If you want to back up the certificate, make sure to select Export Private Key, otherwise the certificate you export will be incomplete (because it does not contain the private key).
2. Select "Private Information Exchange" as the saved file format, and select the corresponding option as required (the default option is recommended), and then click "Next":
3. You will be prompted to enter the protection password for the backup certificate file (unlimited digits). You must use this password the next time you restore (import) a certificate. You must remember it. Then click Next.
4. You will be prompted for the file name of the backup. Please enter a file name to save the certificate with suffix. pfx。 The default save path is the desktop, or you can select the save path by clicking Browse. Click "Next":
5. Select "Finish". If your certificate has a login password, you need to enter the login password. Step 3:
Check the certificate file exported from the file system through the resource manager. It is recommended to keep it properly in your own mobile storage device to avoid being copied by others.
