The actual payment record should be formed before 65438+February 3 1 of the previous year when the application for settlement of points begins, and the payment status is normal. During this period, the applicant may have a social insurance payment record. If the payment record does not exceed 5 months and there is no interruption in the payment record, it will be regarded as continuous payment, which meets the qualification conditions for settlement of points;
4. No criminal record. The criminal record shall be based on the legal documents in force by the people's court or the certificate issued by the public security organ at the place of residence.
The following proof of settlement must be provided:
1. The applicant and the trusted person have the same signature;
2. The "Resident Identity Card" and "Household Registration Book" of the applicant and his accompanying personnel;
3. The resident identity card, residence booklet and marriage certificate of the person who has taken refuge;
4. Housing certificate refers to the legal fixed housing belonging to the applicant himself, his parents or immediate family members;
5. If the applicant is from other provinces and cities outside agricultural registered permanent residence, the social labor and social security department of the street where the household registration is located shall issue the unemployment certificate or unemployment certificate;
6. Remarriers must provide divorce certificates and divorce judgments, and those who agree to divorce after 2004 must provide notarized divorce agreements;

The settlement index system of points consists of legally stable employment, legally stable residence, education, occupation and residence, innovation and entrepreneurship, tax payment, age, honor recognition and law-abiding records. The total score is the cumulative score of each index.
